Locations

Palmetto Dunes Resort is one of the most popular destinations on Hilton Head Island. Located mid-island, this area offers the beach, three championship golf courses, a tennis facility, water sports, the largest area of island shopping and several award-winning restaurants. Palmetto Dunes Resort features a signature 11-mile lagoon system that is a favorite for kayakers, plus this lagoon system is a lovely backdrop for several of our villas and homes. Because Palmetto Dunes Resort is oceanfront, we can offer an abundance of homes and villas located with great ocean views and just steps to the beach.

Event Spaces

The Dunes House at Palmetto Dunes Resort offers 800 square feet of covered interior space, plus an additional 1000 square feet of decking. The venue can accommodate weddings up to 200 people but also can be set up to accommodate perfectly much smaller weddings. Just call 800 826-1649

Lodging Accommodations

Palmetto Dunes Resort offers a wide selection of homes and villas to accommodate all of your wedding guests. Ranging from large 8-bedroom, oceanfront estates to more modest single-bedroom villas on the golf course, there is something for everyone. Rental homes are located oceanfront, within walking distance of the beach or in the interior of the resort overlooking one of the three championship golf courses. Villas also are located oceanfront, adjacent to the ocean or golf oriented. There are several villa and home choices within walking distance to the Dunes House. You and your guests will enjoy fully furnished and well-equipped condominiums, villas and homes -- some with state-of-the-art upgrades like professional appliances, endless-edge pools and plasma televisions. ResortQuest at Palmetto Dunes Resort has several different conference facilities available, each with something unique to offer. The Palmetto Dunes Conference Center, the resort's primary meeting area, located on the Robert Trent Jones golf course, features four conference rooms, a small boardroom and has catering facilities onsite. CentreCourt Conference Center hold groups up to 150 in the spacious meeting room, which also can be divided. There is a generous pre-function or break space, as well as a covered open-air dining pavilion, all adjacent to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. The Dunes House is our beachfront facility for casual cookouts, oyster roasts, weddings, cocktail parties and informal meetings. Palmetto Dunes Conference Center

The Resort's primary meeting area - featuring four conference rooms, plus a small boardroom - were recently renovated. Pool deck provides a casual option for group entertaining. Excellent catering is available on site. Convenient location next to Robert Trent Jones golf course.

CentreCourt Conference Center and Villas

This is a well-equipped, all-in-one conference center designed for groups
of up to 150 attendees. Bright and airy, this 1,628 square foot meeting room can be divided by moveable walls. Generous pre-function or break space as well as a covered open-air dining pavilion that's perfect for luncheon breaks
or casual dinner buffets. Adjacent to top-ranked Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.
