I wanted to write and tell you my Hilton Head trip was so nice! The condo was absolutely beautiful and so was the weather. I took my sister and my daughter and a good time was had by all. We enjoyed walking in Palmetto Dunes each day, lying on the beautiful beach and cooking dinner in the condo all nights but one. The condo was very roomy and cozy. Thank you for everything! The check-in at ResortQuest went very well and the staff was very welcoming.

I want to personally thank you for the commitment you and your staff have made to maintain, market and manage our Oceanside properties in Sea Pines. Here is something else for you to know.  When we made our first investment in Sea Pines at 3 Snowy Egret Sea Pines managed our home.  The result were so poor I was very concerned we had placed significant cash at more risk than intended.  I felt I had been duped.  And I felt this was going to be a long term work out.  Then I found your company and your team.  They turned the performance [of our investment] around so completely and so fast we not only regained our enthusiasm but, we invested even more, in part, on the strength of our renewed confidence. It was a good move. Now - the credit.  Let me be specific.

These and others I did not name are the quiet heros of our success and they need to know what a good job they have done.  I don’t mean for us either.  In my own defense we tried to give them good product. But I really mean what a good job they have done with our properties, in defiance of very challenging market conditions.  These are ordinary people doing extraordinary things and that is definition of success. My hat is off to them - and you for having the good foresight to clear the path, show them it’s a racetrack, then stepped out of the way to let them run as fast as they can go.  These folks don’t win by a nose - they win in a way that says to all there is no doubt about the result of this race.  That is true entrepreneurship.

2296 Heritage   We purchased our Villa in July of 2007 and have been working with Patrick Thompson, our Homeowner Representative with Resort Quest, since that time.  He has always been taking care of items I have asked him about, given me advice when needed; and, frankly, peace of mind as we are so far away from our property. 

Last January 15, the Villa next to ours had a pipe in the upstairs bathroom break and the water damaged not only most of that Villa but caused $11,000 in damage to ours.  If it had not been for Patrick checking on our Villa and discovering the water damage coming from somewhere, calling in a plumbing service, who in turn, turned off the water to both units, I believe the damage would have continued for days or even weeks.

I have thanked Patrick but would like to let you know how pleased we are to have him as our homeowner representative.  He is doing a great job.

We had big time water damage in the unit we had booked and Pete Zeleznik was outstanding in his efforts to get us settled in to a different unit. He couldn’t have done a better job or been more helpful. Thanks for a great stay in bad conditions.

My family has been visiting Hilton Head for 16 years. We decided to try something different this year and went to Myrtle Beach. When we arrived there, My wife and I decided it was not the right spot for our family and decided to continue to HHI, get a hotel room for the night and try to find a condo in the morning.The next morning I contacted your company and spoke with Karen.
