Villa Features: These villas are beautifully decorated and nestled in one of Shipyard's most beautiful lagoon settings, and offer spacious living rooms, dining areas and fully equipped kitchens. The complex is within walking distance of the beach and only a short jaunt to the Shipyard Beach Club.
Evian Villas Features: Nicely decorated and nestled in one of Shipyard's most beautiful settings are the Evian Villas. A large private swimming pool and lighted tennis courts are located on the villa grounds and situated beside a 5-acre fishing lake. Surrounding these villas you will find the Brigantine's challenging holes of the Shipyard Golf Course. These units offer a spacious living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Many of these villas have views of the lake, golf course or tennis courts. Walk or bike to the oceanfront beach club.
Shipyard Features: With its lovely villa accommodations, three golf courses and tennis club, this 800-acre gated resort community is proof that good things do come in small packages on Hilton Head Island. The villa complexes in Shipyard are surrounded by trees draped in Spanish moss, all with swimming pools and within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean. The numerous lagoons are home to many varieties of semi-tropical birds and wildlife. Villas are the major rental properties in Shipyard Plantation, although there are a few vacation homes. Shipyard Plantation has a private beach club and reserved parking for the resort's guests. Bicycling is very popular in Shipyard, and there are more than twelve miles of bike paths.

Everything was great!
05/16/2010 -- Everything was great!!! It was nice to have a three bedroom that didn't include twin beds - since there are sometimes 3 adult couples. -- Kathy E.
