Lodging Features: This beautiful Sea Pines Retreat by ResortQuest is an exceptional vacation home that has recently been freshly painted and has brand-new furnishings inside and out. The bright, contemporary decor and design give the home a welcoming tropical atmosphere. Light wood flooring extends throughout the main level, adding a rich and polished touch. The house features five large bedrooms, three with their own full bathroom (the Queen and Twin bedrooms share a bath) and two spacious living areas. The living areas include a fireplace with stone hearth (decoration only), flat screen television/DVD, wet bar and breakfast nook surrounded by windows. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped and features top-of-the-line appliances and granite countertops. For family dinners, enjoy the separate large dining room (seating for 10) as well as a Carolina Room with large windows overlooking the luxurious private pool and lagoon. This Home a True Gem!
07/29/2010 -- I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your home in Hilton Head. Everything was just perfect. The home is much bigger than I expected -- the pics on the web site are nice, but when you step inside the home it is simply exceptional. This is our 7th year visiting Hilton Head, and your home is one of the true gems!
The pool was terrific. We liked the fact that the pool got sun from 8am -- 6pm. The bedrooms were ideal size. And the loft area over the garage was a real winner with our kids -- they liked the idea of "camping out" in their own private area. And the dining area was the perfect size for our group to enjoy dinner.
The team at Resort Quest was great as well -- we had a couple of small items when we first checked in -- i.e. a broken coffee pot -- and they had them fixed almost immediately.
Again, we could not have been happier with the home. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely consider 142 N Sea Pines next year!!

Fantastic, Fabulous, Wonderful....
06/13/2010 -- This rental was fantastic. The home was just as it was depicted in the photos. Superbly decorated. The backyard layout was great as you could relax on the deck, float in the pool, or fish in the lagoon.
Everyone having their own television was a plus. The Master Bath opened up to the pool and this was convenient when using the pool and backyard. We had a wonderful time!! The only thing that could have made it better was if it was sitting on the beach!! -- Beth B.
