The check-in location for ResortQuest Majestic Sun guests is at our Miramar Beach Office located on Hwy 98 West. You can use the Google Map on the left to get directions to the check-in office from your specific location.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, not all units will be ready for check-in promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans available between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. in case your unit is not yet ready.

Front Desk Hours of Operation

Although the ResortQuest Miramar Beach Front Desk hours vary by season and are subject to change, ResortQuest guests have the convenience of picking up their unit key from a secure after hours lock-box and the support of our 24-hour customer support team. Additional check-in details will be provided on your confirmation statement.

So take your time, drive safe and arrive when you can.

Other Information

Parking - The Majestic Sun provides two free outdoor parking spaces for each vacation condominium rented. Walkway on the third floor connects to both buildings. Due to limited space no boats, trailers, RV’s or jet skis are allowed.
