Absolutely fabulous and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
 Check-in was friendly and a breeze. Room (102) was beautiful. 1st Floor facing the ocean with the pool right outside the patio door. Perfect for our family w/ a 6yr and 9 year old. We could sit on our "patio" and watch them at the pool. Indoor pool was great too, one day it rained and we just went there. Free movie card - awesome! We took advantage of a couple of the free boat trips and both were fantastic.
Beach is beautiful (it's Destin) we brought our own chairs so can't comment on the beach service but seemed to be a fair number of folks using it and nobody we talked to complained about anything.
Kitchen was well appointed, (may vary from room to room). I cooked full dinners most nights and brought some of my own utensils just in case but didn't need any. Bring extra dish soap too if you plan to run the DW several times. All in all a great experience! We're talking about heading back next year!

Just what I needed!
My mom and I visited Destin to research wedding locations, we ended up having a relaxing fun vacation instead. I wasn't sure what to expect when arriving to the Sundestin because it was very inexpensive but I was pleasantly surprised! Our room was awesome. It was clean, up to date and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The location and beach was perfect. I would highly recommend the Sundestin Resort.

 My family and I loved our stay at the Sundestin! Our condo was perfect and had an awesome gulf view. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. My kids loved the DVD rental cards that allowed us to check out movies from a machine in the lobby. We were also pleased with the Passport to Fun package. My husband was able to go deep sea fishing for free and could do so everyday of our stay if he wanted. The only complaints I have are that the outdoor and indoor pools were a little small. When my young son got tired of the salt water, the pools were always crowded. Also I think for the price that we paid for our stay the resort should not charge for you to sit in their beach chairs or at least allow you to bring your own. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Really nice vacation!
This resort has really got it together! The rooms are so nice and big. They were really clean and updated. We stayed in a 1 bedroom that had 2 baths and a nice sofa sleeper, huge patio and sizeable kitchen. This resort even when crowded on Labor Day weekend was easy to move through. The pool was plenty large, but it really needs a bigger hot tub! This resort is very big for such a small hot tub and for it to be away from the pool area, it was weird! The free DVD rental with the rooms were a nice touch too! I was very pleased with this resort, I think anyone would enjoy staying here!
